We codon-optimize gene for expression in an organism of your choice and will be cloned into pUC57 or pBluescript II vector free of charge. We can sub-clone your gene into the vector of your choice for a nominal fee. You’ll have to provide the vector of your choice.

Molecular Cloning (MB029)

Regular cDNA cloning starts from $275 depending on the size of the insert. Price includes primer design and synthesis, sequencing verification of 5′ and 3′ ends of the insert. No charge if the construct cannot be delivered.

Sub-cloning (MB030)

Starts from $200 / clone

This service is provided for sub-cloning of gene/cDNA into the vector of your choice. For accuracy, recombinant clones will be verified by restriction analysis. A project report with detail analysis and 2-5 µg of the lyophilized endotoxin free final product will be supplied. Customer supplies the specific gene/ cDNA and vector.

Mutagenesis (MB037)

Starts from $150 / clone*

This service is provided for site-directed mutagenesis of a sequence to make specific, targeted changes to double-stranded DNA. For accuracy, recombinant clones will be verified by sequence analysis. A project report with detailed analysis and 2-5 µg endotoxin free lyophilized plasmid will be supplied. Turnaround time varies from 10-14 business days depending upon the length of the insert.
