Gene Synthesis (MB028)
Precision Bio Laboratories offers state of the art gene synthesis service. We try our best to achieve the synthesis of difficult genes with sequence repeats or GC rich contents. We codon-optimize gene for expression in an organism of your choice and will be cloned into pUC57 or pBluescript II vector free of charge. We can sub-clone your gene into the vector of your choice for a nominal fee. You’ll have to provide the vector of your choice.
Molecular Cloning (MB029)
Regular cDNA cloning starts from $275 depending on the size of the insert. Price includes primer design and synthesis, sequencing verification of 5′ and 3′ ends of the insert. No charge if the construct cannot be delivered.
Sub-cloning (MB030)
This service is provided for sub-cloning of gene/cDNA into the vector of your choice. For accuracy, recombinant clones will be verified by restriction analysis. A project report with detail analysis and 2-5 µg of the lyophilized endotoxin free final product will be supplied. Customer supplies the specific gene/ cDNA and vector.
Mutagenesis (MB037)
This service is provided for site-directed mutagenesis of a sequence to make specific, targeted changes to double-stranded DNA. For accuracy, recombinant clones will be verified by sequence analysis. A project report with detailed analysis and 2-5 µg endotoxin free lyophilized plasmid will be supplied. Turnaround time varies from 10-14 business days depending upon the length of the insert.

Constructs for Lentiviral Expression System (MB031)
It is a very strong and efficient system for the simultaneous expression of two or more specific gene(s) in mammalian cells. We provide this service for the construction of your gene of interest. The endotoxin-free final product is ready to transfect HEK cells for the production of recombinant lenti system.
Constructs for Gene-specific siRNA (MB032)
This revolutionary technique to block the expression of a specific protein(s) in cells or animals has proven to be a reliable and quick approach. We’ll take care of your siRNA construct from designing of the specific primers to its cloning in a siRNA expression vector. We also provide siRNA duplex synthesis service with desired modifications such as biotin.
RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription-PCR) (MB033)
We’ll synthesize gene-specific cDNA by reverse transcription from customer’s provided sample or total RNA. The amplified fragment will be ligated in TA vector or in the vector of your choice. Two clones will be sequenced for the validity of clones. A project report with detailed analysis and 10 µg of the final product will be supplied.

Our full-service qPCR offering includes RNA and cDNA preparation, primer design, experimental design, qPCR experiment execution and data analysis, including normalization to more than two internal controls. Depending upon the nature of the assay we can utilize both general SYBR Green and gene-specific probes. A project report with detailed analysis will be supplied.
For each study, we carefully consider the entire qPCR workflow starting from experimental design, assay design, validation, reaction setup and actual qPCR cycling to data-analysis.
qPCR assay Development (MB035)
Using our deep knowledge and many years of experience in developing and validating qPCR assays to fulfill the end-user requirements. we offer qPCR assay design and validation services. Our full-service qPCR offering includes RNA and cDNA preparation, primer design, experimental design, qPCR experiment execution and data analysis, including normalization to more than two internal controls.
